fitness should strengthen more than just your body.
As a coach and athlete, I’ve seen firsthand how structure, discipline, and consistency can transform not only physical health, but confidence, mindset, and the way people show up in their lives. Too often, fitness is framed around quick fixes or extremes, approaches that rarely last and often do more harm than good.
UpNorth was created as an alternative. A place where coaching is thoughtful, sustainable, and rooted in long-term progress, not shortcuts.

Our coaching approach prioritizes education, consistency, and realistic strategies that support energy, confidence, and overall well-being.

That’s why UpNorth Athletics operates as a coaching collective. Our team brings expertise across nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and training support. While our primary focus is nutrition coaching, we recognize that movement and training can complement progress when applied thoughtfully.
