Your responsibilities for coaching!

  • Have access to a digital bodyweight & food scale
  • To communicate with me daily and be honest if any issues arise (if you slip up, we can go over what lead up to it and to work through it)
  • Track your weight every morning & take weekly progress pictures (this will be dependant on each individual)
  • Follow the nutrition coaching accurately
  • Track daily macronutrients or habits accurately
